Do you think it’s normal that some people seem to have access to new characters before their official release? This can be seen from the publication dates of certain builds. It’s also noticeable that as soon as a new character comes out, there are already around 10 builds published by different users.

No, that was only possible with a special mod, though it doesn’t really matter now.
